A strainer is a necessary piece of equipment in the pipeline system. It is installed in the pipeline to remove solid impurity and safeguard equipment (compressor, pumps, and gauge, etc.) in the system.
It has the advantages of compact structure, large Strainering capacity, small pressure loss, wide application range, easy maintenance and low price.
The newly launched intelligent Strainer series products, in addition to all the functions of ordinary Strainer, also have the functions of providing replacement and cleaning Strainer information and remote sound and light alarm. Its basic principle is to use the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the fluid flowing through the Strainer to make the pressure difference information in the intelligent device to act, and the red cylinder at one end of the intelligent device will pop up or alarm information, indicating that the Strainer is blocked and needs to be replaced or cleaned. It overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary Strainer today that cannot indicate the degree of blockage of the Strainer in time, causing interruption of flow, burning of pumps or misjudgment of Strainer blockage, wasting manpower and material resources, and is an ideal replacement product. If it is installed in series at the inlet of the pump or other parts of the system pipeline, it can not only prolong the service life of the pump and other equipment, but also ensure the safety of the entire system.

The SB14 Flange Connection Straight-Through T-type Strainer is a pipeline filtration device designed to remove solid impurities from fluids, ensuring the smooth operation of downstream equipment.
The ST34 Flange Connection Right Angle T-type Strainer is a compact filtration device designed for pipelines where space is limited or a 90° flow direction change is needed. It efficiently removes solid particles while minimizing pressure drop.
Strainer are indispensable pipeline equipment in industrial production. When installed on pipelines, they can remove solid impurities in fluids, allowing machines and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments to work and operate normally, achieving a stable process and ensuring safe production. In addition, they are also of great significance in improving product quality.
